How to establish RACI Matrix

A RACI matrix, also known as responsibility assignment matrix (RAM) or linear responsibility chart (LRC), describes the participation by various roles in completing tasks or deliverables for a project or business process.
How to establish a RACI matrix:
Identify the project roles and responsibilities. This includes identifying all of the people who will be involved in the project, as well as their roles and responsibilities.
List the tasks and deliverables. This includes all of the work that needs to be done to complete the project, as well as the deliverables that need to be produced.
Assign a RACI value to each task and deliverable. RACI stands for Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed.
Responsible: The person who is responsible for completing the task or deliverable.
Accountable: The person who is accountable for the successful completion of the task or deliverable.
Consulted: The person who should be consulted before the task or deliverable is completed.
Informed: The person who should be informed once the task or deliverable is completed.

Review the RACI matrix regularly. As the project progresses, it is important to review the RACI matrix regularly to make sure that it is still accurate and up-to-date.
